Marrow Bones

Bone marrow is the soft, fatty tissue inside the bone cavity of large bones where blood cells are produced. Marrow is nutrient-dense and contains collagen for improved joint function, plus easily digestible forms of some vitamins. Roasted or turned into bone broth are two commonly used methods to prepare them.
